Researcher · Entrepreneur · Changemaker · Toronto
I build research, institutions, and pathways that expand access — to technology, knowledge, and opportunity — for communities who have been kept outside the door.
I am a researcher, entrepreneur, educator, and community builder whose life's work sits at the intersection of health equity, technology access, and human potential. I don't fit neatly into one box — and that is entirely intentional.
From leading national programs serving underserved communities, to publishing graduate-level research on mental health outcomes for patients with chronic progressive disease, to creating jewellery that celebrates identity — I bring the same standard of excellence and purpose to everything I touch.
My mission is to empower others through accessibility, research, and resources — especially technology — so that Black and underserved communities can access the tools and knowledge they deserve.
Empowerment isn't a gift you give — it's a door you open. Then you stand back and watch what they build.

My master's research examined how e-counselling programs improve patient mental health and health-related quality of life (HRQL) outcomes for individuals living with chronic progressive diseases. The work bridges clinical care and digital health — contributing evidence for scalable, equitable mental health access.
As a qualitative researcher, I have also led documentary projects that centre lived experience — pulling research out of academic silos and into public conversation where it belongs.
